The posting

Voor een farmaceutisch bedrijf in Beerse zijn we op zoek naar een Teamlead Kwalificatie. In deze rol combineer je people management met inhoudelijke kwalificatie-expertise binnen een sterk gereguleerde GMP-omgeving. Je wordt ingezet als expert op projectniveau en bent het aanspreekpunt tussen de klant en Select Projects. Tegelijk begeleid, motiveer en ontwikkel je jouw team en denk je strategisch mee over de werking en optimalisatie van de afdeling.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Aansturen, coachen en ontwikkelen van een team van Select Projects consultants
  • Single Point of Contact tussen de klant en Select Projects
  • Voeren van evaluatie- en feedbackgesprekken en uitwerken van ontwikkeltrajecten
  • Fungeren als kwalificatie-SME in multidisciplinaire projecten rond process equipment
  • Opstellen en reviewen van kwalificatiedocumentatie
  • Uitvoeren en documenteren van kwalificatie- en commissioningactiviteiten (incl. FAT/SAT en fieldwerk)
  • Beheer van Change Controls en lifecycle management van kwalificatiedocumenten
  • Borgen van GMP, data integrity en compliance binnen processen en projecten
  • Leiden van en deelnemen aan verbeteringsprojecten
  • Een masterdiploma in een wetenschappelijke of technische richting of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Meerdere jaren ervaring binnen een farmaceutische GMP-omgeving
  • Eerste ervaring als leidinggevende of een duidelijke ambitie om mensen aan te sturen
  • Sterke interesse in coaching, people development en teammotivatie
  • Aantoonbare kennis van kwalificatie van equipment en kwalificatiemanagementsystemen binnen pharma
  • Ervaring met Change Control en kwaliteitsprocessen
  • Vlotte communicatie in Nederlands en Engels
  • Kennis van COMET en/of veiligheidsdocumentatie is een pluspunt
