Word jij als Senior Validation Engineer de drijvende kracht achter de continue procesoptimalisatie binnen een wereldspeler in de cosmetica-sector?

In deze rol versterk je het kwaliteits- en validatieteam voor een langetermijnproject bij een toonaangevende internationale speler. Het zwaartepunt van jouw functie ligt op cleaning validatie (inclusief CIP/SIP) en equipment validatie. Nadat de engineering-fase is afgerond, pak jij het stuur over om de reinigings- en sterilisatieprocessen én de productie-apparatuur naar een hoger niveau te tillen. Je slaat de brug tussen strikte GMP-richtlijnen en praktische efficiëntie op de werkvloer, waarbij je de ruimte krijgt om bestaande concepten te herzien, te stroomlijnen en te vereenvoudigen. Met jouw pragmatische aanpak combineer je snelheid met topkwaliteit om een vlekkeloze, conforme en gestroomlijnde productie te garanderen.

Equipment valideren: Je valideert de productie-apparatuur en zorgt dat deze effectief, betrouwbaar en volledig conform de GMP-richtlijnen operationeel is. Cleaning & SIP optimaliseren: Je tilt de cleaning- en SIP-validatietrajecten naar een hoger niveau door bestaande processen grondig te analyseren, te stroomlijnen en te versimpelen. Concepten evalueren: Je beoordeelt de huidige reinigings- en SIP-concepten na de engineering-fase en voert doortastende verbeteringen door. Systemen beheren: Je houdt je bezig met zowel geautomatiseerde reinigings- en sterilisatiesystemen (CIP/SIP-concepten, industriële wasmachines) als manuele validatietrajecten. Processen vereenvoudigen: Je ziet direct waar efficiëntiewinst te behalen valt en weet complexe validatievraagstukken om te zetten in eenvoudige, werkbare oplossingen.

Welke troeven breng jij mee?

  • Opleiding & Ervaring: Een Masterdiploma in een wetenschappelijke en/of technische discipline met minimaal 5 jaar ervaring binnen gereguleerde industrieën. Beschik je niet over dit specifieke diploma, maar heb je wél 20 jaar relevante praktijkervaring? Dan kom je uiteraard ook in aanmerking!
  • Sector & Normen: Ervaring binnen de farmaceutische sector (of een vergelijkbaar gereguleerde omgeving) en een grondige kennis van GMP-normen zijn essentieel voor deze rol.
  • Technische expertise: Aantoonbare ervaring met equipment validatie, SIP (Sterilization in Place) en Cleaning Validation (CIP). Een sterke kennis van CSV (Computer System Validation) is een grote troef.
  • Competenties: Je bent een zelfstandige teamplayer met een pragmatische instelling en een hands-on mentaliteit. Je koppelt snelheid moeiteloos aan kwaliteit en hecht veel waarde aan collegialiteit.
  • Talenkennis: Een vloeiende, professionele beheersing van het Nederlands en het Engels (zowel mondeling als schriftelijk).
