Elk jaar produceren we enorme hoeveelheden afval. Maar laten we eerlijk zijn, het zomaar laten rondslingeren is geen optie. We hebben de verantwoordelijkheid om dat afval op de juiste manier te behandelen, vanaf het moment dat het wordt opgehaald tot aan de sortering, verwerking en zelfs de recyclage. Onze klant is specialist in afvalbeheer. Het is hun missie om ervoor te zorgen dat de impact van menselijke activiteit op onze planeet zo minimaal mogelijk is. Het draait bij onze klant elke dag om het vinden van slimme en innovatieve oplossingen voor het beheer van gevaarlijke en vloeibare afvalstoffen. Onze klant is de go-to adviseurs als het gaat om het behandelen, ophalen, sorteren, recyclen, valoriseren en verwerken van deze materialen. Jobomschrijving

Ben jij iemand die graag nauwkeurig werkt, houdt van variatie en je wil inzetten voor een veilige en gestructureerde werkomgeving? Dan is deze functie in de Haven van Antwerpen iets voor jou!

Concreet sta je in voor:

  • Het correct lossen, accepteren en identificeren van inkomende verpakte goederen.
  • Het uitvoeren van staalnames van afvalstromen.
  • Het begeleiden van interne KGA-sorteringen van onbekende producten.
  • Het melden, registreren en opvolgen van non-conformiteiten.
  • Het klaarzetten van uitgaande afvalstoffen en het lossen in bulkcontainers.
  • Het uitscannen van verwerkte afvalstromen.
  • Het organiseren en mee bewaken van orde en netheid in de acceptatiezone en vatenparken.
  • Het nauwkeurig bijhouden van administratieve taken.
  • Het naleven van alle veiligheids-, gezondheids- en milieuvoorschriften.

Jouw profiel

  • Je beschikt over een diploma secundair onderwijs in Chemie, Technische Wetenschappen of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, bent verantwoordelijk en houdt van een gestructureerde aanpak.
  • Je bent flexibel en functioneert goed in teamverband.
