De verzorgenden en logistieke medewerkers van de diensten voor gezinszorg ondersteunen dagelijks 160.000 cliënten met zorg op maat: van persoonsverzorging en psychosociale hulp tot huishoudelijke taken.

Zorggezind vzw is de koepelorganisatie van 103 erkende diensten voor gezinszorg in Vlaanderen. We verbinden en ondersteunen onze leden, behartigen hun belangen en werken samen met hen aan sterke, kwaliteitsvolle en toekomstgerichte gezinszorg.

Om ons team te versterken, zoeken we een stafmedewerker die analyse combineert met actie, mensen kan verbinden en mee oplossingen wil uitwerken voor de uitdagingen van vandaag en morgen.

WAT GA JE DOEN?

Als stafmedewerker sta je dicht bij onze leden én bij het beleid. Je volgt wat er leeft in de sector, brengt mensen en inzichten samen en vertaalt die naar concrete voorstellen.

Je:

  • volgt ontwikkelingen in de sector, het beleid en de regelgeving op en vertaalt die helder naar onze leden;
  • analyseert data, regelgeving en standpunten en zet inzichten om in concrete voorstellen en oplossingen;
  • organiseert en faciliteert werkgroepen waarin onze leden kennis delen en gezamenlijke standpunten ontwikkelen;
  • vertegenwoordigt Zorggezind en de sector tijdens overleg met overheden en andere partners;
  • bouwt een sterk netwerk van stakeholders uit, binnen en buiten de sector;
  • ondersteunt en stimuleert vernieuwende sectorale projecten bij onze leden;
  • werkt mee aan heldere beleidsnota’s, adviezen, verslagen en communicatie.

WIE ZOEKEN WE?

We zoeken vooral iemand die nieuwsgierig is, snel verbanden ziet en graag samen met anderen tot oplossingen komt.

Je:

  • hebt een masterdiploma of beschikt door ervaring over een gelijkwaardig denk- en werkniveau;
  • hebt affiniteit met zorg en welzijn en interesse in thema’s zoals kwaliteitszorg en competentieontwikkeling;
  • bent analytisch sterk en kunt complexe informatie helder structureren en vertalen;
  • schrijft vlot en helder en voelt je thuis bij beleidsstukken, adviezen en vergaderverslagen;
  • hebt oog voor de verschillen en nuances tussen onze leden en zoekt naar oplossingen die daarmee rekening houden;
  • kunt mensen samenbrengen en een overleg of werkgroep doelgericht begeleiden;
  • volgt maatschappelijke en beleidsontwikkelingen met interesse en vertaalt ze naar concrete voorstellen;
  • communiceert verbindend en werkt graag samen in een klein en flexibel team.
