Dan ben je bij De Dienstbode Driehoorne van harte welkom! Wij zijn een 24/7 thuiszorgorganisatie op locatie . Onze manier van werken is nét even anders dan bij de reguliere thuiszorg. Wij rijden namelijk niet van cliënt naar cliënt door de wijk. Onze cliënten wonen in een grote seniorenflat en wij zijn 24 uur per dag, 7 dagen per week in het gebouw aanwezig . Dat betekent korte lijnen, veel contact met elkaar én met onze cliënten. Je leert de bewoners echt kennen en ziet daardoor ook sneller wanneer er iets verandert. Zorg, leren én samenwerken Tijdens je stage draai je mee met onze dagelijkse zorg. Afhankelijk van je opleiding en leerjaar kun je ervaring opdoen met persoonlijke verzorging, ADL, medicatie en verpleegkundige handelingen, observeren en signaleren, rapporteren en het werken met zorgplannen. Maar je staat er bij ons zeker niet alleen voor. We werken met een leuk, enthousiast en betrokken team waarin ruimte is om vragen te stellen en van elkaar te leren. We hebben regelmatig overdrachts-, overleg- en evaluatiemomenten waarin we samen cliënten en zorgsituaties bespreken. Wat zien we? Wat gaat goed? Waar moeten we extra op letten? Moet een zorgplan worden aangepast? Wat kunnen we anders of beter doen? Juist voor een stagiair zijn dit waardevolle leermomenten. Je leert niet alleen wat je moet doen, maar vooral ook waarom je iets doet . ...
