De back-office van Playdôme Roosendaal informeert onze gasten, houdt zich bezig met telefonische verkoop en het administratief afhandelen van reserveringen en vragen. De front-office van Playdôme Roosendaal is verantwoordelijk voor het gastvriendelijk ontvangen van gasten en hen wegwijs maken in ons complex. Samen met alle collega's werk je dagelijks aan het overtreffen van de verwachtingen van onze gasten. Gameday! Het belooft vandaag namelijk een drukke dag te worden vol met bedrijfsuitjes, familiedagen en andere particuliere boekingen. Samen met je collega loop je de planning van vandaag door en bespreek je eventuele knelpunten om deze voor te zijn. Na het afronden van je openlijst en je eerste bakje koffie staan de eerste gasten al aan de balie. First impressions count, jij bent namelijk de eerste collega welke gasten zien bij binnenkomst. Je ontvangt iedereen vriendelijk en loopt samen met hen het door hun geboekte programma door. Je ziet dat het gezelschap nog ruimte heeft voor een extra activiteit en vraagt of je deze alvast kan inboeken, commerciële kansen zijn er om te benutten! In de middag werk je bij de back-office. Je wordt gebeld met vragen over de activiteiten die we aanbieden, helpt gasten met het maken van reserveringen en zet eventueel telefoon door naar collegae op andere afdelingen. Tussen het telefoneren door werk je inkomende e-mail weg. Aan het einde van de werkdag sta je op het punt om je computer af te sluiten als er nog een telefoontje binnenkomt, uiteraard neem je deze nog even aan.
