Stage Front Office Beschrijving Over de baan Tijdens jouw stage bij de Front Office van Landal De Lommerbergen ben jij één van de eerste aanspreekpunten voor onze gasten. Je zorgt ervoor dat zij zich vanaf het moment van aankomst welkom voelen en met een goed gevoel aan hun verblijf beginnen. Je beantwoordt vragen over het park en de omgeving, helpt gasten bij problemen en zorgt ervoor dat reserveringen en andere administratieve werkzaamheden goed worden verwerkt. Daarnaast houd je samen met je collega's de receptie en de algemene ruimtes netjes en verzorgd. Geen dag is hetzelfde. De ene keer help je een gezin met tips voor leuke activiteiten in de omgeving, terwijl je de volgende keer een gast helpt met een vraag over zijn reservering. Je krijgt veel contact met verschillende gasten en leert daardoor hoe belangrijk goede communicatie en service zijn binnen de hospitality. Wat je gaat doen Tijdens je stage draai je volop mee binnen het Front Office-team. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: Je verwerkt reserveringen en boekingen en zorgt dat alles administratief goed wordt vastgelegd. Je ontvangt gasten bij aankomst en helpt hen tijdens hun verblijf met vragen en verzoeken. Je geeft informatie over het park, de faciliteiten en leuke activiteiten en bezienswaardigheden in de omgeving. Je helpt bij het oplossen van vragen en problemen en zoekt samen met de gast naar een passende oplossing. Je verwerkt feedback van gasten en denkt mee over manieren om onze service verder te verbeteren. Je zorgt samen met je collega's dat de receptie en algemene ruimtes er verzorgd en gastvrij uitzien. Je krijgt de mogelijkheid om mee te denken over nieuwe ideeën en verbeteringen binnen de Front Office.
