HR Mentor is op zoek naar een gedreven Stagiair HR-consultant in Sijsele.

HR Mentor is een generalistisch selectiekantoor met focus op werving & selectie van bediende profielen maar heeft daarnaast nog verschillende HR activiteiten zoals Loopbaanbegeleiding, Outsourcing, HR advies, Assessment, ...

De functie Er is een sterke focus op werving & selectie, maar met een voldoende gevarieerd takenpakket!

Tak werving en selectie:

  • Je gaat op zoek naar de geschikte kandidaten voor onze klanten. Dit zijn voornamelijk bediende-profielen in verschillende sectoren. Dit uiteraard na een uitgebreide inleiding omtrent de klant.
  • Je volgt gesprekken mee en voert deze in latere fase ook zelf uit.
  • Na het afleggen van het diepte-interview met een kandidaat sta je ervoor in om alles om te zetten in een rapport.
  • Na een positieve evaluatie ga je mee met de kandidaat naar onze klant. Hier sta je samen met iemand van onze vaste medewerkers in voor de begeleiding, maar uiteraard doe je hier ook extra kennis op!
  • Als jouw kandidaat wordt aangenomen, mag je deze ook zelf opvolgen.
  • Het is de bedoeling dat je op het einde van je stage alles beheert van A tot Z.
  • Regelmatig volgt er ook een assessment. Ook hier word jij op ingezet om deze af te nemen en voor de rapportage hiervan.
  • Variatie is dus verzekerd!

Bijkomende relevante taken:

  • Ter afwisseling kan je tevens ingezet worden op de takken outplacement en loopbaanbegeleiding.
  • Beheren van sociale media kanalen.
  • Het schrijven van nieuwsbrieven omtrent relevante HR onderwerpen.
  • Bij voorkeur ben je een derde jaar student Bachelor HRM of een laatste jaar Master student.
  • Je bent gepassioneerd en kan deze passie ook makkelijk overbrengen.
  • Je werkt graag zelfstandig, maar kan ook goed teamwerken.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Je bent resultaatgericht en je gaat recht op je doelen af.
  • Je bent optimistisch en positief ingesteld.
  • Je wil terecht komen in een leuk team waar ook tijd wordt gemaakt om elkaar te leren kennen!
