Bij RCN in Leusden doe jij een stage waarin je echt meedoet, niet alleen meekijkt. - Wat ga je doen? - Wie zijn wij? - Wat vragen wij? - Wat bieden wij jou? Wat ga je doen? Vanuit het hoofdkantoor in Leusden werk je mee aan verschillende projecten binnen de Leisure afdeling. Je ondersteunt bij de ontwikkeling van recreatieprogramma's en animatieactiviteiten, denkt mee over nieuwe concepten en werkt aan de implementatie daarvan op de parken. Je hebt een breed takenpakket en geen twee weken zijn hetzelfde. Concreet houd je je bezig met het meedenken over nieuwe activiteiten en merchandise, waaronder die van mascotte Club Sammy. Je helpt bij de planning en uitvoering van programma's en evenementen, ondersteunt bij het verbeteren van de Activity Planner-app en het Teams-platform en analyseert trends en nieuwe leveranciers in de recreatieve sector. Daarnaast ondersteun je bij administratieve taken, notuleer je bij vergaderingen en evalueer je activiteiten door feedback te verzamelen en te verwerken. Wie zijn wij? RCN is een toonaangevend vakantieparken concern met negentien parken op unieke natuurlocaties in Nederland, Frankrijk en Duitsland. Gastvrijheid, servicegerichtheid, maatschappelijke betrokkenheid en duurzaamheid staan centraal.
