Als stagiair(e) Management & Sales krijg je een plek binnen het kloppende hart van onze organisatie. Je ondersteunt het managementteam, werkt mee aan lopende projecten en krijgt de kans om samen met collega’s uit sales, marketing en talentadvies mee te denken over initiatieven die onze organisatie vooruithelpen. Denk aan klantencontact, voorbereiding van events, interne processen of het opzetten van een salesactie – afwisseling verzekerd.

Daarnaast werk je ook mee aan administratieve ondersteuning, zoals het verwerken van klantgegevens, opstellen van presentaties en het voorbereiden van offertes of rapportages. Je doet doelgroep- en marktonderzoek ter ondersteuning van salescampagnes, en leert hoe je doelgericht kunt communiceren naar klanten en partners. Je draait écht mee, maar je staat er nooit alleen voor. Samen geven we jouw takenpakket vorm, op basis van je interesses en leerdoelen.

Wat ga je doen op een werkdag?

  • Je ondersteunt het managementteam bij planning, agendabeheer en communicatie
  • Je helpt bij de voorbereiding van klantvoorstellen, presentaties of offertes
  • Je organiseert meetings, teamdagen of klantenevents
  • Je voert doelgroeponderzoek of marktanalyse uit voor salescampagnes
  • Je werkt mee aan marketing- en employer branding-initiatieven
  • Je houdt klantgegevens up-to-date en ondersteunt bij CRM- en rapportagetaken
  • Je denkt actief mee over interne optimalisatie
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels (Frans is mooi meegenomen)
  • Je groeit elke dag door afwisseling, coaching en eigen initiatief

  • Je studeert aan een hogeschool of universiteit in België.
  • Affiniteit met Office- of KMO-management.
  • Je bent energiek, hands-on en sociaal, gemakkelijk in het leggen van nieuwe contacten.
  • Een gezonde dosis lef, altijd met respect.
  • Je bent klantgericht en durft initiatief te nemen.
  • Je bent minimaal 4 dagen per week beschikbaar en je stage duurt minimaal 2 maanden.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels. Kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt.
