- Over het NFI Stageproject 'Bouw mee aan de innovatieagenda van het NFI' Informatiepagina Wil jij ontdekken hoe innovatie bedrijfsvoering slimmer, sneller en toekomstbestendiger kan maken? En lijkt het je interessant om stage te lopen bij een organisatie met een unieke maatschappelijke opdracht? Dan is deze stage iets voor jou. Binnen bedrijfsvoering en staf ga je aan de slag met een opdracht die direct bijdraagt aan de verdere ontwikkeling van het NFI. Je onderzoekt welke ideeën, thema's en kansen medewerkers en externe ketenpartners zien op het gebied van innovatie in de bedrijfsvoering. De resultaten van jouw onderzoek worden gebruikt als input voor een plenaire bijeenkomst, waarin de belangrijkste thema's voor de innovatieagenda bedrijfsvoering worden verzameld en besproken. Wat ga je doen? Je sluit aan op een eerder ingezette methodiek en helpt deze verder toe te passen. Via vragenlijsten haal je input op bij medewerkers van het NFI en bij externe ketenpartners. Daarna analyseer je de resultaten en vertaal je deze naar duidelijke inzichten. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - het uitzetten van vragenlijsten onder medewerkers en ketenpartners; - het verzamelen en analyseren van de uitkomsten; - het vertalen van resultaten naar heldere inzichten en aandachtspunten; - het voorbereiden van input voor een plenaire bijeenkomst; - het meedenken over de thema's voor de innovatieagenda bedrijfsvoering; - het presenteren van jouw bevindingen aan collega's. Wie ben jij? Jij bent nieuwsgierig, gestructureerd en vindt het leuk om met organisatievraagstukken aan de slag te gaan. Je wilt graag weten wat mensen beweegt, kunt goed verbanden leggen en vindt het interessant om ideeën te vertalen naar concrete verbeterkansen.
