Bij Randstad Young Talents verbinden we ambitieus jong talent ¿ zoals derdejaars bachelor- en masterstudenten in IT, HR, Marketing, Finance, Data Science en (Industriële) Ingenieurswetenschappen ¿ met een studierelevante job bij KMO's en multinationals.

We bieden bedrijven flexibele oplossingen op maat: van studenten die tijdens het academiejaar 2 of meer dagen per week meedraaien of 's zomers piekmomenten opvangen, tot het begeleiden van afstuderend toptalent naar hun eerste vaste junior rol. Om onze marktpositie in Oost- en West-Vlaanderen verder te versterken, zijn we op zoek naar een scherpe, commerciële en analytische stagiair(e) die onze regio-aanpak en campusrelaties naar een hoger niveau tilt.

Opleiding: Je volgt een Bachelor- of Masteropleiding in een commerciële, bedrijfskundige of communicatieve richting (bijv. Bedrijfsmanagement, KMO-Management, Handelswetenschappen, Marketing of Communicatie).

Je geraakt vlot tot in Gent. Je ziet het zitten om een dag per week naar Brugge te gaan.

Commerciële Drive: Je denkt in kansen, hebt een gezonde dosis spreekdurf (ook telefonisch) en haalt energie uit netwerken en prospecteren.

Analytisch & Gestructureerd: Je houdt van overzicht, data en kunt zelfstandig markt- en campusinformatie verzamelen en verwerken.

Digitale Kennis: Je bent vlot met MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) en leert snel werken met tools zoals LinkedIn Sales Navigator en CRM-systemen.

Regionale Affiniteit: Je hebt feeling met de regio Oost- en/of West-Vlaanderen.

Als Stagiair(e) Business Development & Campus Intelligence werk je nauw samen met ons Young Talents team. Je duikt in de markt, brengt kansen haarscherp in kaart en ondersteunt het volledige commerciële traject van prospectie tot opvolging.

1. Business Development & Prospectie (KMO's & Multinationals)

  • Regio-Scan (Zone per Zone): Systematisch uitkammen van bedrijvenparken en industrie-zones in onze 9 subregio's (van MidWest en Leiedal tot de Denderstreek en Gent).
  • Identificeren van Sleutelfiguren: Opsporen van HR Managers, Talent Acquisition Leads en Operations Directors via o.a. LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Marktopportuniteiten Spotten: Signaleren van bedrijfsuitbreidingen, investeringen of vacature-hauses bij regionale White Collar KMO's en multinationals.
  • Offertes Prepareren: Opmaken van op-maat-gemaakte offertevoorstellen (inclusief rekenmodellen, coëfficiënten en Young Talents-formules) voor potentiële klanten.
  • Sales Sheet & CRM Optimalisatie: Blijvend opschonen, structureren en up-to-date houden van de regionale prospectielijsten en opvolgdata.
  • Proactieve Talent Pitches: Maandelijks geschikte topkandidaten (zoals pas afgestudeerde ingenieurs of Business Administration-profielen) anoniem "pitchen" via mail en LinkedIn bij relevante bedrijven in de regio.
  • Administratieve Lead-opvolging: Bellen en opvolgen van bedrijven na het versturen van offertes of informatiepakketten.

2. Campus Intelligence & Netwerk

  • Campus Map opstellen: Volledige inventarisatie van alle hogescholen en universiteiten per regio (UGent, HOGENT, VIVES, HOWEST, KU Leuven campussen etc.), opgedeeld in Technisch (Ingenieurs/IT/Bouw) en Economisch/Business/HR.
  • Schoolactiviteiten in kaart brengen: Inzichtelijk maken wat waar georganiseerd wordt (bedrijvencontactdagen, jobbeurzen, gastcolleges, thesisbeurzen en studentenverenigingen zoals VTK, Wikings, Hermes...).
  • Samenwerkingskansen Signaleren: In kaart brengen op welke campussen Young Talents al sterk aanwezig is en waar de blanco vlekken liggen om nieuw terrein te winnen.

3. Event Scoping & ROI-analyse

  • Event Scoping: Uitpluizen van alle relevante B2B-events, netwerkontbijten en beurzen in Oost- en West-Vlaanderen (bijv. VOKA-netwerkevents, Bedrijvencontactdagen Kortrijk/Gent, UNIZO-bijeenkomsten).
  • ROI-Selectie & Kalender: Een strategische evenementenkalender opstellen met concrete aanbevelingen: welke events moeten we als Young Talents bezoeken of sponsoren om de hoogste ROI en beste leads te behalen?
