Werk je graag met hout en wil je tegelijk Europa ontdekken? Als standenbouwer combineer je creatief atelierwerk met avontuurlijke opdrachten op locatie.

Je komt terecht bij een bedrijf dat beursstanden op maat maakt en plaatst. Van de eerste voorbereidingen in het atelier tot de uiteindelijke opbouw op internationale beurzen: je werkt mee aan projecten die telkens weer anders zijn.

Als standenbouwer combineer je houtbewerking met montagewerk op locatie. Ongeveer de helft van je tijd werk je in het atelier. De andere helft trek je eropuit om beursstanden op te bouwen in België en andere Europese landen. Zo geniet je van veel afwisseling in je job.

Je taken:

- Je leest technische plannen en zet deze om naar een afgewerkte beursstand. - Je bewerkt houten platen en triplex door te zagen, schuren en schilderen. - Je zorgt voor een verzorgde afwerking van alle onderdelen. - Je verpakt afgewerkte materialen en maakt alles klaar voor transport. - Je reist regelmatig naar beurzen om standen ter plaatse op te bouwen en te installeren. - Je werkt op verschillende locaties in België en Europa, zoals Barcelona, Lyon, Bordeaux, Stockholm en Londen. - Je zorgt er samen met je collega's voor dat elke beursstand tijdig en correct wordt opgebouwd.

Geen enkele werkweek is dezelfde. De ene dag werk je aan een nieuw project in het atelier, de andere dag sta je op een internationale beursvloer.

Je zoekt een werkgever waar er een toffe sfeer heerst en waar je van tel bent. Je hebt veel speling met de overuren die je opbouwt. Flexibel uurrooster kan, opstart tot 9u00 is mogelijk, maar je doet wel je 7.5 uur/dag.

- Opleidingsvereisten: Een opleiding in houtbewerking of gelijkwaardige praktijkervaring is een pluspunt.

- Vakkennis: Ervaring in hout, schrijnwerkerij of studies

- Talenkennis: Nederlands zeer goed
