Dein Tätigkeitsbereich:

* Umsetzung von Vertriebsstrategien und Organisation der Arbeitsabläufe

* Hauptansprechpartner:in für Kundenanfragen und -bedürfnisse

* Fachkundige Beratung und Verkauf von landwirtschaftlichen Betriebsmitteln

* Abwicklung von Verkaufsprozessen und Akquisition neuer Kunden

* Entwicklung und Implementierung verkaufsfördernder Maßnahmen

* Einkauf und Beschaffung von landwirtschaftlichen Betriebsmitteln sowie Bestellabwicklung

* Bearbeitung von Reklamationen und Sicherstellung der Kundenzufriedenheit

* Verantwortung für die Einhaltung gesetzlicher und behördlicher Vorschriften

* Optimierung des Lagerbestands

* Verantwortung für die Personalplanung und -führung

Wir erwarten uns:

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im landwirtschaftlichen Bereich (AGRO-HAK / HBLA) oder starkes Interesse an der Landwirtschaft

* Erfahrung im Vertrieb und ausgeprägte Vertriebsambitionen

* Führungsstärke und Freude an der Mitarbeiterführung

* Hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung

* Kommunikationsstärke und sicheres Auftreten

* Führerschein B

Für die Position wird ein marktkonformes Bruttomonatsentgelt geboten, welches dem KV für Angestellte der Raiffeisen LH NÖ entspricht und sich an Qualifikation sowie der Berufserfahrung orientiert. (Mindestentlohnung lt. KV EUR 2.832,40 btto./Monat) Wir sind gerne bereit, eine Überzahlung zu vereinbaren. Darüber sprechen wir persönlich.
