Diese Position verbindet Führungsverantwortung, kaufmännische Steuerung und Kundenkontakt und richtet sich sowohl an erfahrene Führungskräfte als auch an Kandidat:innen die bereits erste Führungsverantwortung übernommen haben und den nächsten Karriereschritt anstreben. 1 Standortleitung (all genders) Ihr Aufgabenbereich:

* Eigenständige Steuerung und Organisation Ihrer zugeordneten Filiale

* Führung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung des bestehenden Teams

* Planung und Koordination des operativen Tagesgeschäfts

* Sicherstellung effizienter Arbeitsabläufe und eines hohen Servicestandards

* Aktive Kundenbetreuung und Unterstützung des Teams im Verkauf

* Mitwirkung bei der Personalauswahl, Einarbeitung und Personalplanung

* Verantwortung für einen professionellen Auftritt der Filiale

* Umsetzung interner Standards sowie kontiunuierliche Weiterentwicklung bestehender Abläufe

Unsere Anforderungen:

* Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung, vorzugsweise mit Bezug zum KFZ-Bereich

* Berufserfahrung im Verkauf, Handel oder in vergleichbarem kundenorientierten Umfeld

* Erfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeiter:innen von Vorteil

* Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung

* Unternehmerisches Denken und kaufmännisches Verständnis

* Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen

* Organisationsstärke sowie eine eigenständige Arbeitsweise

* Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen EDV-Systemen

* Souveränes, verbindliches Auftreten und Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen
