Unser Standort verfügt über einen Reinraum der Klasse 8 mit Schwerpunkt Medizintechnik sowie ein breites Dienstleistungsportfolio - viel Potenzial für jemanden, der Vertrieb liebt und operativ genauso stark führt. 1 Standortleitung (m/w/d) Vertrieb & operative Führung

Ihre Aufgaben:

* Marktbearbeitung und Kundenakquise - Sie bauen unser Netzwerk in der Region und darüber hinaus gezielt für unser Geschäftsfeld aus

* Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Kundenbeziehungen auf Augenhöhe

* Operative Führung des Standortes mit Fokus auf Qualität, Effizienz und reibungslose Abläufe

* Umsatz-, Kosten- und Ergebnisverantwortung für den Standort

* Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher und interner Vorgaben

* Strategische Weiterentwicklung unseres Standortes in enger Abstimmung mit der Geschäftsfeldleitung

Ihr Profil:

* Mehrjährige operative Führungs- und Vertriebserfahrung

* Idealerweise Erfahrung/Netzwerk in der Medizintechnik oder einem technischen Produktionsumfeld

* Unternehmerisches Denken und ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung

* Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und innovative Arbeitsweise

* Souveränes, verbindliches und überzeugendes Auftreten

* Freude an der Führung vielfältiger Teams und an aktiver Geschäftsentwicklung
