KOPA ist ein etabliertes Ziviltechnikerbüro für Vermessungswesen mit Standorten in Wien in untermittelbarer Nähe zur Technischen Universität, sowie in Brunn/Gebirge, Waidhofen/Ybbs und Linz. Als Full-Service Anbieter im Bereich Vermessung und Geomonitoring arbeiten wir mit modernsten Messinstrumenten, Laserscannern und UAVs.

Wir suchen zur Verstärkung des Teams in Linz ab sofort im Rahmen einer VORAUSWAHL durch das AMS 1 Standortleitung (m/w/x) - Vermessungswesen

Für die Leitung unseres Standorts in Linz suchen wir eine engagierte und fachlich versierte Persönlichkeit. In dieser verantwortungsvollen Position übernehmen Sie die Führung unseres Teams, die operative Steuerung des Standortes sowie die Weiterentwicklung unserer Dienstleistungen im Bereich Vermessung und Geoinformation.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

* Planung und Durchführung von Vermessungen im Bereich Kataster und Grundstücksmanagement

* Fachliche und organisatorische Leitung des Vermessungsstandorts

* Führung, Entwicklung und Motivation eines Teams aus Vermessungsingenieur_innen, Techniker_innen und Vermessungsfachkräften

* Verantwortung für die wirtschaftliche Entwicklung und Zielerreichung des Standorts

* Steuerung und Überwachung von Vermessungsprojekten in den Bereichen Ingenieur-, Bestands-, Kataster- und Bauvermessung

* Beratung und Betreuung von Kunden, Behörden, Planern und Auftraggebern

* Erstellung von Angeboten, Kalkulationen und Nachträgen

* Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards sowie relevanter gesetzlicher und technischer Vorgaben

* Aktive Mitwirkung bei der Akquisition neuer Projekte und dem Ausbau bestehender Kundenbeziehungen

* Einführung und Weiterentwicklung moderner Vermessungs- und Geodatentechnologien

Qualifikationen:

* Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Geodäsie und Vermessungswesen

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Vermessungswesen

* Erfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeiter_innen und Projekten von Vorteil

* Kommunikationsstärke, Verhandlungsgeschick und ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung

* Eigenverantwortliche, strukturierte und wirtschaftliche Arbeitsweise

* Führerschein B

* Gute Kenntnisse der deutschen Sprache in Wort und Schrift
