Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams im Sägewerk Steyrermühl (OÖ) suchen wir: 1 Staplerfahrer_in für 16 Tonnen Schwerlast Gabelstapler WAS ERWARTET SIE?

* Als Staplerfahrer_in im Sägewerk sind Sie für die sichere Manipulation von Schnittholz innerhalb des Werks verantwortlich.

* Ihre Hauptaufgaben umfassen das Vorbereiten der Ladungen sowie das Einlagern von Schnittholz in die vorgesehenen Lagerbereiche. Weiters auch das Beladen von LKWs und Waggons mit einem 16-Tonnen-Schwerlast-Gabelstapler.

* Sie arbeiten eng mit den Produktionsmitarbeiter:innen zusammen bzw. unterstützen sie vertretungsweise, um einen reibungslosen Ablauf sicherzustellen.

* Zusätzlich sind Sie für Ordnung und Sauberkeit in Ihrem Arbeitsbereich, insbesondere der Reinigung und Wartung der Stapler, und für die Einhaltung der Arbeitssicherheitsvorschriften verantwortlich.

WAS ERWARTEN WIR?

* Sie verfügen über entsprechende Erfahrung im Umgang mit Schwerlast-Gabelstaplern bis zu 16 Tonnen und besitzen einen gültigen Staplerschein.

* Idealerweise bringen Sie erste Berufserfahrung in der Sägeindustrie mit und verfügen über ein gutes technisches Verständnis.

* Ihnen liegt strukturiertes, verantwortungsbewusstes und lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten.

* Die Bereitschaft im Schichtdienst (2-u. 3-Schicht) zu arbeiten und anlassbezogen Überstunden zu leisten, setzen wir in dieser Position voraus.

* Abgerundet wird Ihr Profil durch entsprechende Deutschkenntnisse (mind. B2), da die Kommunikation hauptsächlich über Funk erfolgt.

Wir bieten Ihnen einen verantwortungsvolle Aufgabe in einer zukunftsorientierten und innovativen Umgebung.

Unser 2-/3-Schichtmodell bedeutet: Eine Woche Frühschicht 05:00-13:00 Uhr, eine Woche Nachmittagschicht von 13:00-21:00 Uhr und nach einer gewissen Einarbeitungszeit 1 Woche Nachtschicht von 21:00-05:00 Uhr.

Für diese Position erwartet Sie im Rahmen einer Vollzeitanstellung ein Einstiegslohn von rund EUR 3.000,00 brutto (inkl. Zulagen, exkl. Sonderzahlungen und Überstunden) basierend auf dem KV der Sägeindustrie Österreich.
