Als verpleegkundige op de afdeling Longgeneeskunde werk je met patiënten met uiteenlopende longproblemen, zoals astma, COPD, pneumonie, longembolieën of palliatieve zorgbehoefte. Juist de diversiteit aan patiënten en zorgvragen maakt deze afdeling een interessante plek om je vak verder te ontwikkelen. Je verleent basiszorg, voert verpleegtechnische handelingen uit en leert omgaan met complexe situaties. We bereiden je goed voor op deze verantwoordelijke taak en daarom kun je bij ons rekenen op het volgende: - afhankelijk van jouw achtergrond plannen we je de eerste 6-8 weken boven formatie om vertrouwd te raken met onze afdeling en patiënten; - je volgt een training in Epic en volgt e-learnings, passend bij jouw werkzaamheden; - ook kun je rekenen op begeleiding van een ervaren verpleegkundige die je helpt om te groeien in je persoonlijke professionele ontwikkeling als verpleegkundige. Na verloop van tijd kun je deelnemen in werkgroepen en meedenken over kwaliteitsverbetering en afdelingsbeleid.
