The posting

  • You will place and assemble steel constructions on-site, working on projects ranging from amusement park attractions to major bridge installations
  • You will work as part of a small, skilled team (typically 3-4 people including a foreman) to ensure accurate and safe installation
  • You will follow technical specifications and safety protocols, including VCA requirements, on every project
  • You will work night shifts, contributing to the company's round-the-clock project schedules
  • You will work independently within your team, taking responsibility for your assigned tasks and quality standards
  • You will handle steel components, welding equipment, and standard construction tools as required for each installation
  • You have proven experience as a steel fitter or steel construction worker
  • You hold a valid VCA certificate (mandatory requirement)
  • You are able to work independently and take responsibility for your work
  • You are a reliable team player who works well with others in small groups
  • You are comfortable with night shift work
  • If you are a foreman or team leader, you speak fluent English
  • You are physically fit and comfortable working at heights and in demanding conditions
