Je weet hoeveel verschil een goede voorbereiding maakt. Je ziet wanneer materiaal ontbreekt, wanneer een planning niet realistisch is en wanneer een steiger op papier misschien goed lijkt, maar buiten lastig uitvoerbaar wordt. Precies die kennis zoeken we. Je hoeft daarom geen jarenlange ervaring als werkvoorbereider te hebben. Wij helpen je om de administratieve, digitale en organisatorische kant van werkvoorbereiding verder te leren. Jouw kennis van steigerbouw, veiligheid en uitvoering neem je al mee. Je gaat jouw praktijkervaring gebruiken om steigerprojecten technisch en organisatorisch voor te bereiden. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - beoordelen van nieuwe steigerprojecten; - bekijken en controleren van tekeningen; - meedenken over de praktische uitvoerbaarheid van steigerconstructies; - bepalen welke materialen en steigeronderdelen nodig zijn; - materiaalhoeveelheden controleren en voorbereiden; - voorbereiden van materiaal, transport en logistiek; - ondersteunen bij het maken en bewaken van projectplanningen; - controleren of de uitvoering over de juiste informatie beschikt; - afstemmen met technisch tekenaars over praktische oplossingen; - signaleren van knelpunten voordat de werkzaamheden buiten beginnen; - verwerken van wijzigingen vanuit de bouwplaats; - contact onderhouden met projectleiding en uitvoering; - ondersteunen bij meerdere lopende steigerprojecten. En juist omdat jij zelf buiten hebt gewerkt, begrijp je wat een steigerploeg nodig heeft om goed en veilig te kunnen werken. Werkvoorbereiding betekent bij ons niet dat je voortaan alleen achter een computer zit. Je blijft betrokken bij de projecten en hebt veel contact met de mensen buiten.
