Wir suchen 1 Stellv. Leitung Accounting (m/w/d) inkl. Teamleitung Fakturierung & Forderungsmanagement

Vollzeit

Die Hauptaufgaben dieser abwechslungsreichen Verantwortung:

- Mitwirkung bei der Umstrukturierung der Abteilung

- Verantwortung für Fakturierung und Forderungsmanagement mit direkter Führung von

zwei zugeordneten Mitarbeiter_innen im eigenen Verantwortungsbereich

- Prüfung und Bewertung der Zahlungskonditionen aller Kunden inklusive Bonitätsbeurteilung

- Verantwortung für die Abwicklung der Fakturierung inklusive Sicherstellung korrekter

steuerlicher Angaben

- Gewährleistung eines effizienten Forderungsmanagements inkl. Mahnwesen und

Überwachung offener Posten

- Durchführung der Exportabwicklung inklusive Erstellung von Zoll- und Exportdokumenten

bzw. Mitwirkung bei Warenklassifizierung und Exportlizenzen

- (Umsatzsteuer etc.)

- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen

- Gewährleistung eines effizienten Forderungsmanagements

Sie überzeugen mit nachfolgenden Qualifikationen:

- Kaufmännische Ausbildung (mind. Matura-Niveau), gerne ergänzt durch weiterführende

Lehrgänge bzw. Studium

- Erfahrung im Exportmanagement und/oder Buchhaltungsbereich

- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Buchhaltung und Bilanzierung sowie Umsatzsteuer-Knowhow

- Erste Teamlead- oder Führungserfahrung von Vorteil, gerne geben wir die Chance zur

Weiterentwicklung

- Strukturierte, genaue und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägtes

Zahlenverständnis

- Bereitschaft, fehlende Fachbereiche (Export oder Buchhaltung) aktiv zu vertiefen sich

fachlich weiterzuentwickeln (ua. Exportmanagement)
