Die Passion für Pferde und die Liebe zum Pferdesport machen Loesdau so einzigartig und erfolgreich: Seit Jahren wächst das Unternehmen mit Hauptsitz in Bisingen kontinuierlich und verzeichnet eine stabile Entwicklung im weltweiten Versand und der Filialentwicklung. Heute gehören 18 Pferdesporthäuser dazu. Mehr als 500 Mitarbeiter sind im Team des Reitsportartikelhändlers beschäftigt - viele davon Pferdefans. Aber natürlich gibt es auch Jobs, bei denen kein Wissen über die edlen Vierbeiner gefordert ist. Für unsere neue Filiale in Mondsee, Österreich, suchen wir dich als stellvertretender Filialleiter (m/w/d)! Dich erwarten spannende Aufgaben: Die fachliche Führung sowie Organisation des Teams ist in Deiner Zuständigkeit Zusammen mit der Filialleitung bist Du für die Personalplanung verantwortlich Du arbeitest neue Mitarbeiter ein Dazu gehören Neu- oder Umgestaltungen der Filiale Als kompetenter Ansprechpartner/in beratest Du unsere Kunden und verkaufst unser Sortiment Du pflegst den Sortimentsbereich und sorgst für eine verkaufsfördernde Präsentation Dazu gehört die Teilnahme an regelmäßigen Schulungen Vor- und nachbereitende Verkaufstätigkeiten fallen in Deinen Zuständigkeitsbereich Du bist verantwortlich für die Kassenabwicklung Das solltest Du mitbringen: Idealerweise eine abgeschlossene Einzelhandelsausbildung oder Verkaufs- bzw.
