Die Psychosoziale Zentren gGmbH (PSZ gGmbH) ist mit 30 Standorten und rund 500 Mitarbeiter*innen einer der größten Träger Niederösterreichs im psychosozialen Bereich. Unsere Aufgabe ist die extramurale Beratung, Betreuung und Behandlung von Menschen mit psychischen Erkrankungen.

Der Psychosoziale Dienst (PSD) der PSZ gGmbH im Wein- und Industrieviertel versorgt in einem Einzugsgebiet von 900.000 Einwohner*innen rund 4.000 Klient*innen mit überwiegend schweren psychiatrischen Erkrankungen durch multiprofessionelle Teams in 12 Beratungsstellen / Ambulanzen.

Gestalten Sie die psychosoziale Versorgung der Region aktiv mit! Für unsere Standorte in Tulln und Klosterneuburg suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit als 1 Stellvertretende Regionale Ärztliche Leitung für PSD Standorte Tulln und Klosterneuburg (m/w/d) (20h/Woche ab sofort)

Aufgabenbereiche

* Vertretung der ärztlichen Leitung mit Übernahme der klinischen/medizinischen Verantwortung

* Gewährleistung der Patientensicherheit durch Priorisierung klinischer Risiken, Freigabe kritischer medizinischer Entscheidungen sowie Mitgestaltung und Überwachung von Krisenprozessen

* strukturierte Beurteilung von Suizidalität und Fremdgefährdung in enger Abstimmung mit der psychosozialen Leitung

* interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit sowie Unterstützung des Teams bei der Umsetzung klinischer Standards und einer qualitätsorientierten Dokumentation

* Personalentwicklung und Personalführung, Team- und Kompetenzentwicklung sowie Sicherstellung eines regelmäßigen interdisziplinären Austauschs

Anforderungsprofil

* abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachärzt*in für Psychiatrie und Psychotherapeutische Medizin

* Interesse an der extramuralen Betreuung psychisch kranker Menschen

* strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und Kommunikationsstärke

* ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und hohe Belastbarkeit

* hohe fachliche und soziale Kompetenz

* eigener PKW & Führerschein B von Vorteil

* Bezahlung nach SWÖ-KV. Das Bruttomonatsentgelt beträgt mindestens € 8.974,95 (Vollzeit, 37 Stunden / Woche, inkl. Zulagen). Eine Anrechnung sämtlicher facheinschlägiger Vordienstzeiten erfolgt zusätzlich.
