Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine/n 1 Stellvertretung Teamleitung Bahn Vollzeit

Sie sind auf der Suche nach einer neuen beruflichen Herausforderung in der Elektrotechnik und möchten Ihr theoretisches sowie praktisches Fachwissen erfolgreich in unser Unternehmen einbringen? Nach einer umfassenden Einschulung arbeiten Sie eng mit der Teamleitung Bahn zusammen und unterstützen diese bei der Wartung und Instandhaltung unserer Straßenbahnen sowie bei der Organisation des Bereiches Werkstatt Bahn. Der Schwerpunkt Ihrer Tätigkeit liegt dabei auf administrativen Aufgaben im Rahmen des Wartungsvertrages mit dem Hersteller, einschließlich Vertragswesen und Auftragsabrechnung sowie der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Prozessen und Abläufen. Sie leisten einen wesentlichen Beitrag in der Führung des Teams, organisieren Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen und gewährleisten einen reibungslosen Arbeitsablauf unter Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards sowie Richtlinien.

Die Entlohnung erfolgt entsprechend den Bestimmungen des Kollektivvertrages für die Beschäftigten der österreichischen Eisenbahnunternehmen und beträgt brutto € 3.369,23 pro Monat mit Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung bei entsprechender Berufserfahrung und Qualifikation.

* Abgeschlossene elektrotechnische Ausbildung

* Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Organisation eines Werkstattbetriebes von Vorteil

* Sehr gute EDV-Kenntnisse

* Führerschein B, C-Führerschein von Vorteil

* Bereitschaft zur Weiterbildung, vernetzte Denkweise

* Zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Kommunikationsstärke sowie Führungskompetenz

* Zeitliche Flexibilität, Entscheidungsfähigkeit
