Ben jij een enthousiaste en ervaren naaister met een oog voor detail? Heb je al eerder gewerkt met een industriële naaimachine en haal je voldoening uit het creëren van prachtige producten? Wil je jouw vaardigheden inzetten in een dynamische omgeving waar kwaliteit en vakmanschap voorop staan? Als dit allemaal klinkt als jou, dan is de rol van Stikker / Stikster wellicht jouw volgende uitdaging!

In deze rol krijg je de kans om zelfstandig en creatief te werken aan de productie van tenten en panelen. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het optimaal voorbereiden van je werkplek, het instellen van de naaimachines, en het zorgvuldig stikken van onderdelen volgens technische specificaties. Wij zoeken iemand die:

  • Een passie heeft voor hoogwaardig stikwerk.
  • Ervaring heeft met het gebruik van industriële naaimachines.
  • Graag deel uitmaakt van een professioneel team.

Jouw dagelijkse taken zullen onder andere bestaan uit:

  • Voorbereiden van de werkplek en benodigde materialen.
  • Instellen en inrijgen van industriële naaimachines.
  • Stikken van diverse onderdelen volgens technische fiches en patronen.
  • Zorgen voor een kwalitatieve en nette afwerking.
  • Controleren van afgewerkte producten op fouten.
  • Uitvoeren van eenvoudige onderhoudshandelingen aan de machines.
  • Registreren van productiegegevens waar nodig.
  • Bijdragen aan een veilige en ordelijke werkplek.

Wie zoeken we voor deze functie?

  • Een handige en nauwkeurige persoon met een sterke focus op kwaliteit.
  • Ervaring met stikwerk of industriële naaimachines is een pluspunt.
  • Goede fijne motoriek en een passie voor precisie in je werk.
  • Technisch inzicht om machines correct in te stellen en af te stemmen.
  • Oog voor detail en een goede afwerking.
  • Zelfstandig kunnen werken en tegelijkertijd een goed werktempo aanhouden.
  • Een teamspeler die goed functioneert binnen een team.
  • Gemotiveerd om bij te leren en jezelf verder te ontwikkelen.
