Met deskundig advies op het gebied van trends, styling en pasvorm, weet je haar persoonlijkheid tot uiting te brengen in onze collectie. Daarnaast weet de ondernemer in jou de brandstore te leiden als een verantwoordelijke en toegankelijke manager. Je hebt oog voor het talent van jouw collega's en weet het beste uit ze te halen door ze te motiveren en te inspireren. Je draagt zorg voor verkoop, omzetgroei en klantenbinding. Je weet de visie op de collectie en presentatie met passie en enthousiasme over te brengen op jouw collega's en de klanten. Dit ben jij - Je hebt passie voor mode en krijgt energie van het stylen en adviseren van klanten; - Gemiddeld ben je vier dagen per week inzetbaar waarvan in ieder geval ook een dag in het weekend; - Je hebt ervaring als manager in de Retail (minimaal 2 jaar) en je kan jouw collega's coachen en motiveren; - Je bent communicatief vaardig en maakt makkelijk contact, je hebt een servicegerichte instelling; - Als fashionliefhebber ben je representatief en loop je er altijd verzorgd en modieus bij; - Je hebt cijfermatig inzicht en bent bekend met het werken met KPI's; - Je bent commercieel ingesteld en je vind het een uitdaging om de omzet te optimaliseren.
