Je voelt je thuis in de modebranche, je bent trendbewust en herkent snel de wensen van onze klanten?

  • Als store manager (35 uur per week) adviseer je de klanten op een gastvrije, stijlvolle en ongedwongen wijze. Daarnaast staat winkelpresentatie centraal in deze functie.
  • Jij stuurt met commercieel inzicht en ervaring op het gebied van het storemanagement de dagelijkse processen in jouw filiaal aan en jij houdt ambitieus het oog op onze targets.
  • Jij maakt actief gebruik van jouw verkooptalent in de winkel. Jij bent communicatief en hebt een goed gevoel voor de wensen van onze klant. Op deze manier ben jij het juiste voorbeeld voor jouw filiaalteam.
  • Jouw goederenprestatie inspireert jouw klanten en dankzij jouw motiverende uitstraling stimuleer jij jouw medewerkers in hun prestaties.
  • Verkopen is je passie
  • Jij beschikt over een commerciële opleiding en meerdere jaren ervaring in de detailhandel, eventueel zelfs als filiaalleid(st)er of storemanager.
  • Jij deelt onze passie voor mode en trends en jij herkent jezelf in de stijl van Ulla Popken
  • Met elan maak jij onze klanten enthousiast voor de mode en onze medewerk(st)ers voor hun werk
  • Jij organiseert het filiaalbeheer zelfstandig en verantwoordelijk
