Wij zijn op zoek naar een store manager voor een nieuwe winkel te Machelen, een innovatief en groeiend bedrijf binnen de DIY- en bouwsector.

Jouw takenpakket omvat o.a.:

  • Leiden, motiveren en coachen van het volledige winkelteam
  • Organiseren van alle operationele activiteiten: stockbeheer, goederenontvangst, leveringen, kassabeheer
  • Analyseren, realiseren en opvolgen van KPI's, omzet en commerciële doelstellingen
  • Optimaliseren van processen, service en winkelpresentatie
  • Samenwerken met aankoop, logistiek, marketing en de Drive-In Manager

Bewaken van een veilige, nette en inspirerende winkelomgeving

Opstellen van personeelsplanning en voorzien van opleidingen voor medewerkers

  • Rapporteren aan de Winkeldirecteur
  • Je hebt een bachelor- of masterdiploma, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring

  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring in retail, bij voorkeur in DIY, tuin of bouw

sector.

  • Je bent commercieel sterk en werkt resultaatgericht .

Je bent organisatorisch sterk en kan prioriteiten bewaken.

  • Je hebt

ervaring met stockbeheer, ERP-systemen en Excel.

  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Frans.
