Im Rahmen unserer Expansion in Österreich suchen wir MitstreiterInnen, die treffsicher Trends in Fashion und Streetstyle aufspüren und umsetzen.

Wir suchen für unseren Store in Salzburg 1 Store Manager Megastore (m/w/d)

Deine Aufgaben

+ BE A LEADER - Du bist die stellvertretene Leitung deines Stores

+ Berate unsere Kund/innen individuell und lebe unsere Unternehmenskultur

+ Behalte die Kennzahlen deines Stores im Blick

+ Führe, motiviere und entwickle dein Team kontinuierlich weiter

+ Unterstütze bei der Rekrutierung der passenden Mitarbeiter/innen für deinen Store

+ Setze die einheitlichen Visual Merchandising Vorgaben von SNIPES um

+ Sei ein Vorbild in deiner Rolle und begeistere dein Umfeld

Unsere Anforderungen

+ Eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung

+ fundierte Berufserfahrung, gerne mit eigenen Verantwortungsbereichen

+ Spaß an der Kund/innenbetreuung und intensiven Beratungsgesprächen

+ Erste Erfahrung in der Mitarbeiter/innenführung und Personalentwicklung

+ Grundverständnis für Retail Prozesse

+ Begeisterung für Street Culture, Sneaker und Streetwear

+ Quereinstieg möglich
