Store Manager bij Tom&Co – Bouw mee aan een diervriendelijke, dynamische toekomst!

Voor onze winkel in Ieper zijn we op zoek naar een Store Manager die vanaf januari 2027 ons team wil versterken.

Wat ga je doen?

Je wordt het gezicht van jouw winkel en speelt een cruciale rol in het dagelijkse reilen en zeilen. Dit is een veelzijdige rol waarin je nauw samenwerkt met de Sales Manager om de prestaties van meerdere verkooppunten naar een hoger niveau te tillen. Hieronder vind je een overzicht van jouw dagelijkse uitdagingen:

Klantenbeleving & Verkoop

  • Creëer een inspirerende winkelervaring voor onze klanten en hun dieren.
  • Zorg dat elke klant met een glimlach de winkel verlaat en graag terugkomt.
  • Zet onze verkoopstrategieën om in concrete, succesvolle resultaten.
  • Organiseer aantrekkelijke verkoop- en marketingcampagnes die onze klanten enthousiasmeren.
  • Analyseer verkoopcijfers en vertaal deze in actieplannen om de prestaties van de winkel te verbeteren.

Teamleiding & Ontwikkeling

  • Jij bent de coach die je team dagelijks motiveert en naar succes leidt.
  • Neem de leiding bij het werven, inwerken en ontwikkelen van nieuwe teamleden.
  • Zorg dat jouw team zich voortdurend ontwikkelt en groeit in hun vaardigheden.
  • Handhaaf de hoogste normen op het gebied van hygiëne, veiligheid en dierenwelzijn.
  • Werk samen met ons technische team om de winkel in topconditie te houden.

Operationeel Beheer

  • Zorg voor een aantrekkelijke productpresentatie en een efficiënte winkelinrichting.
  • Beheer de voorraad en logistiek zodat onze klanten altijd vinden wat ze nodig hebben.
  • Analyseer de resultaten van de winkel en stuur bij waar nodig om succes te verzekeren.

Wie zoeken wij?

  • Je hebt bewezen ervaring als winkelverantwoordelijke in de retail en weet hoe je een team succesvol leidt.
  • Je hebt sterke analytische vaardigheden en weet verkoopindicatoren moeiteloos om te zetten in actie.
  • Je hebt een passie voor dieren, en ervaring in een dierenwinkel of kennis van dierverzorging is een plus.
