Dit ga je doen Begin 2027 openen we de deuren van onze nieuwste vestiging in Kerkrade. Als Storemanager stap je niet in een gespreid bedje, maar sta je er zéker niet alleen voor. Achter de schermen werken verschillende teams al keihard aan alle voorbereidingen. Jouw rol in dit traject is cruciaal: hoe eerder jij aan boord bent om mee richting te geven, hoe beter! Met die stevige rugdekking neem jij vol energie de leiding op de vloer: jij brengt de winkel tot leven en bouwt een hecht en enthousiast team van circa 30 (en in het piekseizoen tot wel 45) gemotiveerde medewerkers om je heen. Gelegen in het dynamische Zuid-Limburgse grensgebied verwelkomen we dagelijks klanten uit Nederland, Duitsland en België. Dankzij jouw vlotte communicatie in het Nederlands en Duits én jouw gevoel voor de regionale cultuur weet jij precies hoe we ook onze oosterburen gastvrij ontvangen en aan Mantel binden. Zo zien we jouw functie Jij bent de drijvende commerciële én verbindende kracht van de winkel. Je zorgt voor een efficiënte, winstgevende retailoperatie met een maximale klanttevredenheid. Je schakelt moeiteloos tussen de winkelvloer, onze Cluster Manager Retail en de ondersteunende afdelingen op het hoofdkantoor in Arnhem.
