Je gaat aan de slag in de winkel in Oostende bij één van de bekendste elektro- en multimediawinkels in België, die deel uitmaakt van een grote groep. Deze groep focust zich vooral op de verdeling en verkoop van elektro- en multimediaproducten. Met meer dan 70 winkels verspreid over het hele land, zijn ze één van de grootste spelers op de Belgische markt. Maar liefst 1200 mensen geven elke dag het beste van zichzelf om klanten zo goed mogelijk te helpen.

Het bedrijf staat bekend voor zijn uitstekende service, klantvriendelijkheid en grote aandacht voor het welzijn van de medewerkers. Je komt terecht in een moderne en overzichtelijke winkel waar collega's samenwerken in een warme en open sfeer. Respect, samenwerking en groei zijn belangrijke waarden. Voor de voltijdse vacature van Storemanager bij onze klant gespecialiseerd in elektro en multimedia, ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het volgende:

  • Je zorgt voor een warm welkom en goed advies aan elke klant
  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor je team, maakt de planning en verdeelt de taken
  • Je volgt verkoopcijfers, bepaalt targets en stuurt je team aan om doelen te halen
  • Je helpt mee in de verkoop van elektro, multimedia en accessoires, en houdt bestellingen en betalingen goed bij
  • Je zorgt samen met je team voor een nette winkel en houdt je regiomanager op de hoogte van de dagelijkse, wekelijkse en maandelijkse resultaten
