Ben jij een allround technieker die energie haalt uit het onderhouden en verbeteren van machines? Als Onderhoudstechnieker speel je een belangrijke rol binnen een moderne productieomgeving. Met jouw kennis van mechanica, elektriciteit en storingsanalyse zorg je ervoor dat de installaties optimaal blijven draaien. Je werkt in dagdienst en krijgt een gevarieerd takenpakket met veel verantwoordelijkheid en ruimte voor initiatief.

Jouw taken?

  • Uitvoeren van preventief en curatief onderhoud aan productielijnen voor aardappelspecialiteiten;
  • Demonteren, inspecteren, herstellen en opnieuw monteren van installaties tijdens technische interventies;
  • Analyseren en verhelpen van zowel mechanische als elektrische storingen;
  • Uitvoeren van kleine technische aanpassingen om installaties verder te optimaliseren;
  • Ondersteunen bij het detecteren van PLC-gerelateerde fouten wanneer nodig;
  • Mee uitwerken van verbeteringen die de betrouwbaarheid en prestaties van het machinepark verhogen;
  • Nauwe samenwerking met collega's om een vlotte productie te garanderen.

Daarnaast combineer je een hands-on mentaliteit met een sterke focus op kwaliteit en veiligheid.

  • Opleiding in Elektromechanica, Elektriciteit of Mechanica, of gelijkwaardige ervaring;
  • Eerste ervaring als onderhoudstechnieker binnen een productieomgeving;
  • Goede kennis van zowel mechanische als elektrische systemen;
  • Inzicht in het analyseren van technische defecten en storingsoorzaken;
  • Basiskennis van PLC-technieken om fouten op te sporen;
  • Zelfstandige werkhouding gecombineerd met een proactieve aanpak;
  • Sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel met aandacht voor kwaliteit en veiligheid;
  • Oog voor structurele verbeteringen en efficiënte oplossingen.
