The posting

De technieker is verantwoordelijk voor het optimaal functioneren van het productieproces, het technisch onderhoud van machines en installaties, en het goed onderhouden van de bedrijfsgebouwen en infrastructuur.

Daarnaast waakt hij/zij over correcte en veilige uitvoering van reinigingsopdrachten die relevant zijn binnen de technische scope.

TAAKOMSCHRIJVING

Onderhoud & herstellingen in opdracht van de maintenance manager

  • Uitvoeren van preventief onderhoud en reinigingen
  • Diagnoses stellen bij technische storingen en deze efficiënt oplossen om stilstanden te beperken
  • Uitvoeren van correctief onderhoud aan productie-installaties, transportbanden, verpakkingslijnen, en kleinere hulpapparaten
  • Controleren van installaties op slijtage, veiligheid en functionaliteit

Ondersteuning productie in opdracht van de floormanager en/of maintenance manager

  • Technische ondersteuning bieden bij opstarten van productie of omschakelingen
  • Opleiden of begeleiden van operatoren in basisbediening en eerstelijnsonderhoud
  • Communiceren met de productieploegen om problemen en stilstanden te analyseren

Technische en specialistische reinigingen

  • Reinigen van machineonderdelen (veilig & volgens procedures).
  • Ondersteunen bij dieptereiniging van zones waar productie zelf niet mag tussenkomen
  • Onderhoud en periodieke reiniging van
  • Afzuigsystemen en filters
  • Koelinstallaties (ventilatoren, condensors)

Support bij reinigingen van specifieke zones

Basis herstellingen en kleine interventies

  • Vervangen van lampen, TL-buizen, sensoren of armaturen
  • Ophangen van rekken, borden, signalisatie of veiligheidsstickers
  • Kleine herstellingen in kantoorgebouw en cafetaria

Competenties & vaardigheden

  • Sterk technisch inzicht (mechanica, elektrotechniek, PLC-basis is een plus)
  • Probleemoplossend en analytisch denkvermogen
  • Teamspeler, maar kan ook zelfstandig werken
  • Stressbestendig en flexibel (ploegenwerk of wachtdiensten mogelijk)
  • Kwaliteits-, hygiëne- en veiligheidsbewust, assertief bij risicomeldingen
  • Praktisch ingesteld, hands-on mentaliteit
  • Nauwkeurig en betrouwbaar
  • Communicatie: Nederlands
  • Vlot communiceren met operatoren, collega-techniekers en externe firma's

Opleiding & ervaring

  • Technische opleiding: TSO (Elektromechanica, Mechanica, Elektriciteit of gelijkwaardig)
  • 3 - 5 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie
  • In bezit van attest BA4 / BA5
  • Kennis van hygiëne- en veiligheidsregels in de voedingsindustrie is sterk aanbevolen
  • Heftruckbrevet is een plus
