Als storingsmonteur mechanisch houd jij het productieproces van een internationale glasproducent in topconditie. In deze rol combineer je techniek, verantwoordelijkheid en afwisseling in dagdienst. Wat ga je doen? Voor onze opdrachtgever in de regio Rotterdam ga je aan de slag met onderhoud en storingen aan glasvormingsmachines. Jij zorgt dat de productie vlekkeloos blijft verlopen door gepland en ongepland onderhoud uit te voeren. Met jouw technische inzicht verbeter je de betrouwbaarheid van de installaties en voorkom je stilstand. Naast onderhoud werk je aan bebouwingen, revisies en technische verbeterprojecten. Je signaleert kansen voor optimalisatie en voert zelfstandig modificaties uit. Je draait mee in een consignatierooster, eens per zes weken. Zo maak je impact op een duurzame productieomgeving waarin techniek centraal staat. Jouw werkzaamheden - Uitvoeren van preventief onderhoud aan glasvormingsmachines; - Oplossen van mechanische storingen tijdens het productieproces; - Ombouwen en aanpassen van machines bij productiewissels; - Uitvoeren van modificaties en revisies aan installaties; - Meewerken aan technische verbeterprojecten; - Deelnemen aan de consignatiedienst volgens rooster.
