Als Technisch Operator / Lijnverantwoordelijke in 2 ploegen ben je verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen, opvolgen en controleren van één of meerdere productielijnen. Je werkt nauw samen met de shiftsupervisor om het totaaloverzicht te bewaren en zorgt ervoor dat het eindproduct voldoet aan de strenge kwaliteits- en hygiënenormen.

Belangrijkste taken:

  • Correct afstellen van de verpakkingslijn en randapparatuur op basis van productpaspoorten per artikel.
  • Zorgen voor een vlotte opstart en een stabiel, continu productieproces.
  • Bewaken van de strikte naleving van hygiëne- en veiligheidsvoorschriften.
  • Aansturen van medewerkers, duidelijke instructies geven en nieuwe collega's begeleiden.
  • Het overzicht behouden over de lijn(en), inspelen op specifieke noden en actie ondernemen.
  • Zelf oplossen van veelvoorkomende storingen (bij grotere technische problemen schakel je de teamlead in).
  • Ervaring en opleiding: Een sterke technische affiniteit, blijkend uit eerdere werkervaring of opleidingen. Reële leidinggevende ervaring is geen harde vereiste; je krijgt hierin de nodige begeleiding.
  • Uurregeling: Flexibel en bereid om afwisselend per week in 2 ploegen te werken: Vroege ploeg: maandag t/m donderdag van 06:00 tot 14:00 uur, op vrijdag van 06:00 tot 12:00 uur. Late ploeg: maandag t/m donderdag van 14:00 tot 22:00 uur, op vrijdag van 14:00 tot 20:00 uur.
  • Taal: Goede beheersing van het Nederlands; kennis van het Engels is een mooie plus.
  • Competenties en eigenschappen: Sociaalvaardig en haalt energie uit het begeleiden, ondersteunen en opleiden van collega's. Nauwkeurig, proactief en in staat om het overzicht te bewaren en rustig te blijven onder druk. Oog voor samenwerking en een positieve bijdrage aan de teamcultuur.
