Als storingstechnieker werk je met een hoogtechnologisch en geautomatiseerd machinepark binnen de voedingsindustrie.

Jobomschrijving

Je zorgt ervoor dat elektrische mechanische en pneumatische installaties betrouwbaar blijven draaien en draagt zo bij aan de productie van kwalitatieve bakkerijproducten.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • uitvoeren van preventief en curatief onderhoud aan ovens stoomcabines verpakkingslijnen en productielijnen
  • onderhouden en herstellen van elektrische mechanische en pneumatische installaties
  • controleren en onderhouden van verwarmings koel en stoominstallaties en bijhorende randapparatuur
  • analyseren van technische storingen en uitvoeren van de nodige herstellingen
  • zoeken naar mogelijkheden om de betrouwbaarheid van het machinepark te verhogen
  • samenwerken met collega techniekers en kennis delen om de installaties optimaal te laten functioneren
  • rapporteren aan de maintenance manager
  • beschikken over een technische opleiding bijvoorbeeld in elektronica elektriciteit of elektromechanica
  • ervaring hebben in een vergelijkbare technische functie
  • kennis hebben van mechanica elektriciteit pneumatiek en hydraulica en basiskennis van plc systemen
  • zelfstandig en nauwkeurig werken en verantwoordelijkheid nemen bij technische problemen
  • vlot communiceren in het nederlands en helder overleggen met collega's
  • kunnen werken in een 2-ploegenstelsel van 06u00 tot 14u00 en van 14u00 tot 22u00
