Zin om jouw technische skills in te zetten in een moderne productieomgeving in regio Brugge? Jij zorgt ervoor dat machines blijven draaien en stilstand tot een minimum beperkt blijft.

Onze klant is een internationaal actief voedingsbedrijf met een sterk engagement voor kwaliteit, innovatie en duurzaamheid. Je komt terecht in een technische dienst waar techniek, samenwerking en professionaliteit samenkomen.

Als Storingstechnieker ben je verantwoordelijk voor zowel preventief als curatief onderhoud van de geautomatiseerde productie- en verpakkingsmachines.

Takenpakket:

- Je voert dagelijks interventies uit en staat in voor preventief onderhoud aan machines zoals portioneermachines, verpakkingslijnen, etiketteermachines, metaaldetectie-installaties, pick-and-place en palletiseerrobots. - Je analyseert storingen en grijpt snel in om defecten op te lossen, zodat de productie vlot blijft verlopen. - Je ondersteunt bij de installatie van nieuwe machines en werkposten en denkt actief mee over verbeteringen van het machinepark. - Je werkt in een ploegensysteem (inclusief wachtdienst) - Je houd je aan de veiligheids- en hygiënenormen.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt kennis van automatisering (basis PLC, frequentieregelaars, motoren, sensortechnologie) en bij voorkeur ook van pneumatiek.
  • Je bent flexibel ingesteld (occasioneel wachtdienst hoort erbij).
  • Je bent stressbestendig, schakelt snel bij storingen en communiceert duidelijk met je collega’s.
  • Je bent een teamspeler die zelfstandig technische interventies kan uitvoeren en meedenkt over verbeteringen.

Opleiding: Je beschikt over een technisch diploma (of gelijkwaardig door ervaring)

Vakkennis: Kennis van automatisering (PLC, frequentieregelaars, motoren, sensoren), mechanica en idealiter pneumatiek

Talenkennis: Vloeiend Nederlands (mondeling en schriftelijk)
