Voor een toonaangevend bedrijf in de kunststofverwerking in regio Nazareth zoeken we een storingstechnieker die energie haalt uit afwisseling, technische uitdagingen en teamwork. Je komt terecht in een moderne, propere productieomgeving vol indrukwekkende machines en werkt mee aan producten die je straks zelf herkent in de supermarkt, zoals de dopjes op flessen van bekende merken.

Met zo’n 100 collega’s werk je in een warme, familiale sfeer waar jouw inzet echt telt. Van leuke teambuildings tot attenties op de Dag van de Medewerker – hier ben je geen nummer, maar een onmisbare kracht die het productieproces mee draaiende houdt.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Bij complexe elektrische, mechanische of hydraulische storingen zorg jij voor een snelle en doordachte oplossing
  • Serviceaanvragen bij machinebouwers en leveranciers worden door jou nauwgezet opgevolgd
  • Procedures en onderhoudsinstructies blijven dankzij jouw inzet altijd up-to-date
  • Door verbetervoorstellen uit te werken en trainingen te geven, breng je niet alleen processen, maar ook collega’s naar een hoger niveau
  • Technische projecten begeleid je van A tot Z met een groot gevoel voor eigenaarschap
  • Externe techniekers en onderaannemers kunnen rekenen op jouw begeleiding en aansturing
  • Tijdens ongeveer 8 weken per jaar draai je mee in de wachtdienst, en bij afwezigheid van de Teamleader Maintenance neem jij het voortouw
  • Diploma Elektromechanica / Elektrotechniek of minstens een aantal jaar relevante ervaring, met actieve kennis van Nederlands
  • Gedreven professional met verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel, analytisch inzicht en een sterke probleemoplossende aanpak
  • Communicatief sterk, hands-on ingesteld en een echte teamplayer
