Functie

Voor een producent, gespecialiseerd in voeding en accessoires voor huisdieren, is Vivaldis op zoek naar een storingstechnieker in Leuven. Als storingstechnieker speel je een sleutelrol in het draaiende houden van het productieproces. Je combineert elektrische en mechanische kennis (ongeveer 50/50) om installaties optimaal te laten functioneren.

Je takenpakket bestaat uit:

  • Opsporen en oplossen van elektrische en mechanische storingen aan productie-installaties
  • Opstarten van nieuwe machines en installaties
  • Begeleiden en ondersteunen van operatoren bij technische vragen
  • Uitvoeren van preventief onderhoud om stilstanden te vermijden
  • Proactief meedenken over optimalisaties en procesverbeteringen
  • Waken over de veiligheidsvoorschriften en correcte naleving ervan
  • Rapporteren aan de maintenance teamleader en registreren van interventies in het onderhoudssysteem

Je werkt in daguren binnen een moderne productieomgeving waar kwaliteit, innovatie en veiligheid centraal staan. Dankzij de variatie in installaties en technieken blijft je job technisch uitdagend en leerrijk.

Profiel

Voor deze functie zoekt Vivaldis een technisch talent met een hands-on mentaliteit.

  • Je behaalde een diploma secundair onderwijs in een technische richting (bij voorkeur elektriciteit of elektromechanica)
  • Je hebt 2 jaar werkervaring met sterke interesse in techniek
  • Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands (veiligheidsinstructies en communicatie op de werkvloer)
  • Kennis van Siemens PLC en/of Eplan is een pluspunt
  • Je bent bereid om wachtdienst te doen (één week van vrijdag tot vrijdag)
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, veiligheidsbewust en oplossingsgericht
  • Je bent leergierig en houdt je technische kennis graag up-to-date
