Als technieker speel je een cruciale rol in het team. Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Het opsporen en oplossen van storingen aan productie-installaties (70% elektrisch – 30% mechanisch), zoals verpakkingslijnen, extruderlijnen en transportsystemen.
  • Meewerken aan elektromechanische projecten en actief meedenken om processen te verbeteren en storingen te voorkomen.
  • Instaan voor de opstart van nieuwe machines en installaties en het begeleiden van de operatoren
  • Het uitvoeren van preventief onderhoud aan onze productie-installaties.
  • Het bewaken en naleven van veiligheidsvoorschriften op de werkvloer.
  • Het rapporteren van jouw werkzaamheden aan de Maintenance Teamleader en het registreren hiervan in ons onderhoudssysteem.

Je werkt in daguren, maar draait mee in de wachtdienst, deze is 1 keer om de 5 weken, dan sta je 24/7 van wacht - ook buiten de gewone te werken uren.

  • Je hebt een technische opleiding/achtergrond (bij voorkeur elektriciteit - elektromechanica) of je bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Je bent analytisch sterk en kan goed zelfstandig werken
  • Je bent communicatief en bent ook hands-on
  • Heb je kennis van Siemens PLC's, Eplan en Microsoft Office? Dan is dit zeker een pluspunt!
  • Je bent vlot in het Nederlands
  • Een wachtdienst werken (die 1 week duurt van vrijdag tot vrijdag) is geen probleem voor jou.
