Vivaldis Interim zoekt naar een Storingstechnieker voor de vaste vroege en late ploeg. Je komt terecht bij een bedrijf in de Antwerpse Haven, een gevestigde waarde binnen de voedingsindustrie die gespecialiseerd is in de verwerking en verpakking van hoogwaardige oliën en vetten. Binnen hun modern uitgeruste productieomgeving staat continue innovatie en procesoptimalisatie centraal. Om de productielijnen veilig en zonder onderbrekingen te laten draaien, rekenen zij op jouw technische expertise. 💡

Wat kan je van de job verwachten? 🛠️

  • Analyseren en verhelpen van storingen: Je lokaliseert snel elektrische, mechanische en elektromechanische pannes aan de installaties om stilstanden tot een minimum te beperken.
  • Elektrisch en mechanisch onderhoud: Je vervangt defecte componenten zoals motoren, zekeringen en relais, en voert interventies uit aan aandrijvingen, lagers en pompen.
  • Optimaliseren van pneumatische systemen: Je controleert, herstelt en regelt pneumatische onderdelen af, waaronder ventielen, cilinders en luchtvoorzieningen.
  • Preventief onderhoud en testen: Je voert periodieke inspecties uit, test de installaties grondig na elke ingreep en geeft de lijnen weer veilig vrij voor productie.
  • Communicatie en rapportage: Je koppelt bevindingen en uitgevoerde werkzaamheden helder terug aan de productie-verantwoordelijken en je directe collega's.

  • Diploma elektromechanica of gelijkwaardige ervaring
  • Minstens 5 jaar ervaring
  • Ervaring in voeding is pluspunt
  • Sterke kennis elektriciteit en mechanica
