Een internationaal actief productiebedrijf gespecialiseerd in hoogwaardige polyurethaanschuimen. De vestiging in Roeselare produceert onder andere comfortschuimen en materialen voor matrassen en technische toepassingen. Innovatie, kwaliteit en veiligheid staan centraal binnen de organisatie.

Jobomschrijving

Heb jij een sterke kennis van elektriciteit en krijg je energie van het opsporen en oplossen van technische storingen? Voor een stabiel productiebedrijf in Roeselare zoeken we een ervaren storingstechnieker.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het snel en efficiënt detecteren en oplossen van storingen aan elektrische installaties en PLC-gestuurde productiesystemen. Zo help je stilstanden tot een minimum te beperken en zorg je ervoor dat de productie vlot kan blijven draaien.

Jouw taken:

  • Elektrische storingen aan productie-installaties lokaliseren en oplossen
  • Storingen aan PLC-gestuurde systemen analyseren en diagnosticeren
  • Dringende technische herstellingen uitvoeren tijdens het productieproces
  • Preventieve controles uitvoeren om toekomstige storingen te voorkomen
  • Interventies correct registreren in het onderhoudssysteem
  • Meedenken over structurele verbeteringen en technische optimalisaties
  • Ondersteuning bieden bij technische projecten en aanpassingen aan installaties
  • Werken volgens de geldende veiligheids-, kwaliteits- en ISO 9001-procedures
  • Actief deelnemen aan het permanentieteam en de bijbehorende wachtdiensten
  • Je flexibel opstellen bij dringende storingen en veranderende productiebehoeften
  • Je beschikt over een grondige kennis van industriële elektriciteit.
  • Je hebt minstens twee jaar ervaring als storingstechnieker, onderhoudstechnieker of in een vergelijkbare technische functie.
  • Je hebt ervaring met het analyseren van storingen aan PLC-gestuurde installaties.
  • Kennis van Siemens en/of Allen-Bradley is een belangrijke troef.
  • Je kunt elektrische schema’s lezen en interpreteren.
  • Je denkt analytisch en zoekt gericht naar de oorzaak van technische problemen.
  • Je kunt zelfstandig werken en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je interventies.
  • Je bent flexibel en bereid om deel te nemen aan een permanentie- en wachtdienst.
  • Je werkt steeds met aandacht voor veiligheid en kwaliteit.
