Voor onze klant zijn wij op zoek naar een Storingstechnieker voor een uitdagende job in een moderne en volledig geautomatiseerde productieomgeving.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Als storingstechnieker zorg je er samen met je collega's voor dat het machinepark optimaal beschikbaar blijft en machines zo snel mogelijk terug operationeel zijn bij een panne.

Hoe?

  • Machines zo snel mogelijk terug operationeel maken bij een panne.
  • Elektrische en mechanische problemen opsporen, analyseren en duurzaam oplossen.
  • Pannes rapporteren in het werkordersysteem en de oplossing communiceren naar de betrokken machine-operatoren.
  • Instaan voor het preventief en curatief onderhoud van het machinepark.
  • Prioriteiten stellen op vlak van interventies en de dagelijkse actielijst opvolgen (smeerplan, geplande interventies, visueel overlopen machines, ...).
  • Correct rapporteren aan de verantwoordelijke en documentatie bijhouden.
  • Minimum technisch A2 diploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Bij voorkeur ervaring in een productieomgeving.
  • Kennis van PLC systemen.
  • Vertrouwd met motoren AC/DC, sensoren, frequentieregelaars, netwerk- en bussystemen, diodes en condensatoren.
  • Kunnen lezen van plannen en elektrische schema's.
  • Kennis van hydraulische en pneumatische systemen.
  • Goede kennis van het Nederlands.
  • Hoofd koel houden bij een plotselinge panne.
