Ben jij een ervaren storingstechnieker, onderhoudstechnieker of elektromechanieker die graag technische uitdagingen oplost? Voor onze klant te regio Mechelen, een technisch geavanceerde industriële productieomgeving, zijn we op zoek naar een Storingstechnieker Elektromechanica.

In deze technische functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het onderhoud, de herstelling en de optimale werking van het industriële machinepark. Dankzij jouw snelle interventies en analytische aanpak beperk je productiestilstanden en zorg je ervoor dat machines en installaties betrouwbaar blijven functioneren.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden omvatten onder meer:

  • Je staat in voor het preventief en curatief onderhoud van het machinepark.
  • Je detecteert en verhelpt elektrische, mechanische, pneumatische en hydraulische storingen.
  • Je analyseert technische defecten en voert gerichte herstellingen uit om productieverlies zoveel mogelijk te beperken.
  • Je gebruikt jouw kennis van PLC-gestuurde installaties om storingen efficiënt te lokaliseren.
  • Je werkt actief mee aan technische verbeteringen en optimalisaties binnen de productieomgeving.
  • Je ondersteunt bij aanpassingen, uitbreidingen en moderniseringen van industriële machines en installaties.
  • Je denkt mee over manieren om storingen en ongeplande machine-onderbrekingen preventief te vermijden.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met collega's uit onderhoud en productie om de continuïteit van het productieproces te garanderen.
  • Een A2-diploma elektriciteit, elektromechanica of een vergelijkbare technische opleiding.
  • Minstens 3 jaar relevante werkervaring als storingstechnieker, onderhoudstechnieker, elektromechanieker of in een gelijkaardige technische functie.
  • Een goede praktische kennis van elektriciteit, mechanica, hydraulica en pneumatica.
  • Het vermogen om elektrische, mechanische, pneumatische en hydraulische schema's te lezen en correct te interpreteren.
  • Een basiskennis van PLC-sturingen. Je hoeft hiervoor geen PLC-programma's te kunnen schrijven.
  • Een sterk analytisch en probleemoplossend vermogen.
  • Een zelfstandige werkhouding en de nodige verantwoordelijkheidszin.
  • Een praktische ingesteldheid waarbij je snel en doordacht naar een oplossing zoekt.
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en de capaciteit om vlot samen te werken met collega's.
  • De bereidheid om te werken in een 2-ploegenstelsel en deel te nemen aan de wachtdienst één keer per vier weken.
