Takenpakket:

  • Het opsporen en verhelpen van complexe technische defecten aan de productielijnen, zodat de stilstand tot een absoluut minimum beperkt blijft.
  • Het uitvoeren van periodiek onderhoud aan de machines, waarbij je proactief slijtage signaleert en vervangingen regelt voordat er problemen ontstaan.
  • Nauw samenwerken met de operatoren om technische verbeteringen door te voeren die de efficiëntie en veiligheid op de werkvloer verhogen.
  • Het mechanisch en elektrisch bijsturen van de installaties, waarbij je jouw expertise inzet om fijne afstellingen te perfectioneren.
  • Documenteren van de uitgevoerde werkzaamheden in het systeem, zodat je collega-techniekers in de andere ploeg precies weten wat de status van het park is.

Profiel:

  • Je beschikt over een technisch diploma (TSO/BSO) in de richting van elektromechanica, elektrotechniek of onderhoudstechnieken.
  • Relevante ervaring binnen een productieomgeving zorgt ervoor dat je snel je draai vindt tussen de verschillende installaties.
  • Kennis van PLC-sturingen en hydraulica wordt gezien als een grote troef om als Storingstechnieker 2 ploegen direct impact te maken.
  • Een vlotte beheersing van de Nederlandse taal is noodzakelijk om vlot te kunnen communiceren met de teamleden en de productieplanning.
