The posting

In deze functie maak je deel uit van een hecht technisch team dat instaat voor het vlot functioneren van alle productielijnen. Dankzij jouw technische kennis zorg je ervoor dat mechanische, elektrische, hydraulische en pneumatische installaties steeds optimaal blijven draaien.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Uitvoeren van herstellingen en preventieve onderhoudswerken aan machines en productielijnen om de OEE en beschikbaarheid te maximaliseren.
  • Monitoren van de werking via digitale systemen en voorstellen doen voor verbeteringen in overleg met de equipment engineers.
  • Oplossen van storingen en meedenken over structurele verbeteringen.
  • Assisteren van externe technici en specialisten bij interventies.
  • Rapporteren van activiteiten, gebruikte materialen en vastgestelde anomalieën in SAP.
  • Meewerken aan duurzame en energiezuinige optimalisaties in een CO-neutrale productieomgeving.
  • Uitvoeren van technische verbeteringen aan machines en robots van o.a. Buhler, Siemens, ABB en Fanuc.
  • Zorgen voor orde, netheid en veiligheid in je werkzone en het goed onderhouden van gereedschap.

Je bent een technieker met een passie voor mechanica en automatisering, die graag zelfstandig werkt maar ook goed functioneert in teamverband. Dankzij jouw analytische aanpak en verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel weet je snel te handelen bij storingen.

Wat je meebrengt:

  • Een technisch diploma (secundair of bachelor) in elektromechanica, elektrotechnieken of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Kennis van elektriciteit, hydraulica en pneumatica.
  • Ervaring in de voedingsindustrie is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent nauwkeurig, stressbestendig en hebt zin voor initiatief.
  • Bereidheid om te werken in vaste nacht (22u–6u) en af en toe wachtdienst op te nemen.
