Ben jij een ervaren storingstechnieker met een sterke kennis van elektriciteit, mechanica en automatisatie? Werk je graag in een hoogtechnologische productieomgeving en krijg je energie van het snel oplossen van technische storingen?

Dan is deze job als storingstechnieker in de vaste nacht iets voor jou.

Je komt terecht in een modern onderhoudsteam dat verantwoordelijk is voor het preventief en curatief onderhoud van geautomatiseerde productie- en verpakkingsinstallaties. Daarnaast help je mee bij technische interventies aan verschillende nutsvoorzieningen en installaties.

Je takenpakket bestaat uit:

  • Snel analyseren en oplossen van elektrische, mechanische en automatisatiestoringen.
  • Uitvoeren van zowel preventief als curatief onderhoud aan industriële installaties.
  • Opsporen van technische defecten en bepalen van de meest efficiënte oplossing.
  • Uitvoeren van diagnoses op PLC-gestuurde installaties, onder andere Siemens.
  • Lezen en interpreteren van elektrische schema's.
  • Fouten opsporen in PLC-programma's en automatisatiesystemen.
  • Uitvoeren van eerstelijnsinterventies aan technische nutsinstallaties.
  • Registreren van uitgevoerde werkzaamheden en opvolgen van onderhoudstaken via onderhoudssoftware.
  • Signaleren van terugkerende storingen en meedenken over structurele oplossingen.
  • Meewerken aan technische verbeteringsprojecten op vlak van mechanica, elektriciteit en automatisatie.
  • Samenwerken met productie, engineering, externe techniekers en andere interne afdelingen.
  • Strikt naleven van de geldende veiligheidsvoorschriften en procedures.
  • Technische risico's signaleren en bijdragen aan een veilige werkomgeving.

Voor deze functie zoeken we een ervaren technische probleemoplosser die zelfstandig kan werken en niet terugdeinst voor complexe storingen.

Je beschikt over:

  • Een diploma A2 elektromechanica, graduaat of bachelor elektromechanica.
  • Relevante ervaring als storingstechnieker, onderhoudstechnieker of onderhoudstechnicus binnen een industriële omgeving.
  • Een sterke kennis van elektriciteit en mechanica.
  • Kennis van industriële automatisatie.
  • Ervaring met PLC-systemen, bij voorkeur Siemens.
  • Het vermogen om elektrische schema's te lezen en technische problemen analytisch te benaderen.
  • Ervaring met de voedingsindustrie is een sterke troef.
  • Een sterke interesse in automatisatie en technische verbeteringen.
  • Een hands-on en oplossingsgerichte ingesteldheid.
  • Een gestructureerde manier van werken.
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • De bereidheid om in een vaste nachtploeg te werken.
  • Een achtergrond in meet- en regeltechniek, industriële automatisatie of bedrijfsautomatisatie is een extra troef.
