Waar ga je werken?

Je komt terecht in een gloednieuwe productiesite, een moderne industriële fabriek die momenteel in opstartfase zit. De site maakt deel uit van een stabiele, internationaal verankerde groep met een langetermijnvisie. Geen beursgenoteerd bedrijf dat kwartaal per kwartaal stuurt, maar een organisatie die kiest voor continuïteit. De fabriek werkt met een geautomatiseerd, continu productieproces 24/7, het hele jaar door. De ploegen zijn klein en hecht: maximaal een veertigtal mensen zijn tegelijkertijd aan het werk op de volledige site. Dat geeft een sfeer die je niet vaak vindt in de industrie. Iedereen kent elkaar, iedereen telt mee.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Storingstechnieker ben jij de technische ruggengraat van de productie tijdens jouw shift. Je werkt zelfstandig, maar altijd als deel van een hecht team.

Jouw takenpakket bestaat uit:

  • Opvolgen, signaleren en verhelpen van mechanische en/of elektrische storingen op de productielijn en installaties
  • Uitvoeren van preventief en correctief onderhoud aan installaties
  • Werken met moderne PLC-gestuurde systemen en geautomatiseerde lijnen
  • Rapporteren van technische bevindingen aan de shiftleader en technisch verantwoordelijke
  • Meedenken over procesverbeteringen en verhogen van de technische beschikbaarheid van de lijn

Wie zoeken we?

  • Opleiding of ervaring in Elektromechanica, Elektriciteit, Mechanica of Onderhoudstechnieken
  • Ervaring als Technieker in een Industriële omgeving (productie)
  • Vertrouwd met het werken in ploegendienst of volcontinu systeem
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken en bent veiligheid-bewust
